A New Delineating System for Increasing Highway Safety!
Chevron-Delineator (CD-1 & CD-2) is new breakthrough "3-Dimensional Design" to increase highway safety using Retro-Reflective Sheeting.
CD series provide:
- Enhanced and brighter visibility for drivers at night, day, and during adverse weather.
- Effective guidance of road's horizontal alignment such as winding curves at highways & its exit ramps.
- High level of precaution for drivers. It guides drivers effectively even at wide entrance angles.
- Additional emphasis and guidance on existing chevron sign (W1-8) in MUTCD.
- Multi-function like Chevron Sign(W1-8) plus Delineator.
- Remarkably low DOT's labor on both installation and maintenance.
High Intensity Retroreflective Sheeting (Type III):
"High Intensity Retroreflective Sheeting" provides the Visual Comfort and Safety to drivers with high brightness level of delineating of its chevron shape. This sheeting has excellent entrance angularity, which is typical of encapsulated lens glass bead sheeting. It exceeds the reflectivity requirements of ASTM D 4956,Type III specifications.
PolyCarbonate Material
- The body of the product is made of Special Polycarbonate.
- Its' Easy Mounting Process will save you labor and cost for installation and maintenance.
- CD series are able to point either direction (Left & Right) by installing in direction as needed.
- it is designed to prevent vandalism by a new locking mechanism.
- It is corrugated to fit exactly on existing guardrails through out the States.
