Guan. I have attached a revised approval letter, amplifiying what we want. The last sentence from ID DOT is still a little loose so I am including minimum expectations of MOE's in the approval letter.

Rick. Give us an OK on the 4 MOE's if you would please. I did come up with the fourth one which I have seen several times. We didn't talk about that one this AM.

Pete - Here's the verbiage we propose on the evaluation of driver behavior Project Evaluation. The crossing will be video taped for a minimum of eight (8) hours, both during daylight and darkness and at peak traffic volumes, before the installation, and edited to document driver behavior. Thirty days after the installation of the "BODAN" crossing system, the crossing will be video taped for another eight (8) hours, both during daylight and darkness and at peak traffic volumes, and edited to document driver behavior. Another two (2) hour video tape will be made in 6 to 8 months, 12 to 14 months, and 18 to 20 months after installation, both during daylight and darkness and at peak traffic volumes, and edited to document driver behavior.

The primary subject of this evaluation is to study drivers' reaction to the traffic control devices before and after the installation of the "BODAN" system. Specifically, video will be used to document the effect the system has on vehicles properly stopping behind the stop line when directed to do so by the traffic control devices.
