A: Yes, the requirements for these strips in Section 10C.02 are the same as for highway-rail grade crossings in Section 8B.03. The FHWA is also allowing the same 10-year compliance period (until January 17, 2011) for the installation of these retroreflective white strips to be added to the crossbucks and supports.
