This figure illustrates markings for a two-lane roundabout with one- and two-lane approaches. The figure is composed of two sheets.

Sheet 2 shows two figures, B and C.

Figure B is labeled "central island extended by pavement markings." The figure shows the same roundabout illustration as sheet one, except that an optional yellow edge line and diagonal yellow crosshatch markings are shown extending from the pavement around the central island into the circular roadway opposite the splitter island of the road entering from the south.

Figure C is labeled "central island extended by a truck apron." The figure shows the same roundabout illustration as sheet one, except that the pavement around the central island is shown wider and extending into the circular roadway opposite the splitter island of the road entering from the south.
